At TOUCH Organization, we strive to ensure that our supporters, donors, and participants have a satisfying experience with us. We understand that there may be situations where refunds or cancellations are necessary. This Refund/Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for such cases.
Donations:
1. Donations made to TOUCH Organization are considered non-refundable. Once a donation has been made, we are unable to refund or cancel the transaction.
Events and Programs:
2. Registration fees for events and programs organized byTOUCH Organization are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be made in writing and submitted to our designated email address at [email protected] within 7 days from the date of registration.
3. If TOUCH Organization cancels an event or program, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to the registered participants within a reasonable the amount will be refunded within 5 – 6 business days.. We will make every effort to provide an alternative event or program or reschedule it, if possible.
4. In the event of a participant’s inability to attend an event or program, a refund will not be provided. However, the participant may request a transfer of their registration to another individual by providing written notice to [email protected] at least 3 days prior to the event/program start date.
Merchandise:
5. TOUCH Organization may offer merchandise for sale through its online store. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
6. Refunds or cancellations for merchandise will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the specific circumstances. Please contact us at [email protected] with any refund or cancellation requests related to merchandise.
General Provisions:
7. All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the respective email addresses mentioned above. Requests made through other channels may not be considered.
8. TOUCH Organization reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund/Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on our official website.
